1. How It Works: The Dropshipping Model
When you place an order on DealzToGo.com, we forward the details to our dedicated fulfillment partner, who warehouses, packs, and ships your item directly to you from their location. This allows us to offer a wider variety of products without holding inventory ourselves. Dealz To Go remains your point of contact for all customer service.

2. Processing Time: Getting Your Order Ready

  • Most items are processed and handed off to our shipping partner within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Some items, particularly customized or high-demand products, may have a longer processing time, which will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

3. Shipping Times & Carriers

  • Shipping times vary based on the product's origin and your delivery address. You will see the estimated shipping timeframe on each product page (e.g., "Ships in 10-20 business days").

  • Items are typically shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other logistics partners, depending on the best route for your location.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

4. Shipping Destinations & Costs

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight, and shipping origin. Some products may qualify for Free Shipping, which will be prominently displayed.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • You can track your order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Dealz To Go account.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.

6. Import Duties & Taxes

  • For shipments within the United States, all applicable sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout.

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally outside the contiguous USA. All prices are in USD.

7. What If There's a Delay?
While we provide accurate estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, customs, carrier backlogs, or high-volume seasons. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our support team at info@dealztogo.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
